For deliveries beyond the initial 50-mile radius, there is a charge of $1 per mile. We're committed to making our products accessible, no matter where you are.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

For same-day delivery within our 50-mile radius, orders must be placed no later than 1:00 PM local time. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.

We offer two options for returns: 1. Free In-Person Returns: If you are within our 50-mile delivery radius, we can arrange to pick up the returned items from your location. b. Mail-In Returns: Alternatively, you may choose to ship the items back to our main location at 603 Cherry Ave, Frazee, MN 56544. Please include the RMA number on the package.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for this process to be completed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
